Installation

1. Fit new 0-rings to the pipe ends in the evaporator connection to the expansion valve. Lubricate the O-rings using synthetic vaseline, part number (16) 30 15 286.
2. Place the expansion valve in position and tighten the screws.
- Tightening torque: 6 Nm (4.4 ft lb)
3. Continue fitting as described in points 10-17 in the description "Front Evaporator Core Installation". Service and Repair
