4TH-3RD Downshift Valve

Valves are illustrated in their positions when the selector lever is set to neutral.

The 4th-3rd downshift valve serves as a "clutch pressure retaining valve" for brake C' until clutch A is filled.

Brake C' is also vented via this valve.
