Intake Manifold, Throttle Body & Injection Manifold Replace
1. Disconnect battery positive cable.
2. Drain coolant from engine.
3. Disconnect throttle cable.
4. Disconnect pre-heater hose from throttle body.
5. Remove oil filler pipe from intake manifold.
6. Disconnect hoses from signal converter and distributor assembly.
7. Disconnect hose and tee piece from brake servo outlet from intake manifold.
8. Disconnect fuel pressure regulator and pressure transmitter tee hoses.
9. Relieve fuel system pressure by loosening banjo coupling on fuel filter. Hold a suitable cloth or shop towel round the coupling while doing this to soak up the escaping fuel.
10. Disconnect fuel hose from fuel injection manifold. Do not allow fuel to drip onto the starter motor assembly.
11. Disconnect fuel return line from fuel pressure regulator outlet.
12. Disconnect turbocharger pressure pipe from the throttle body.
13. Disconnect throttle switch, auxiliary air valve, temperature sensor (NTC resistor) and injection valve electrical connectors.
14. Loosen intake manifold to throttle body attaching bracket bar bolts.
15. Disconnect breather hose from camshaft cover.
16. Loosen intake manifold attaching bolts, then lift intake manifold assembly from engine.
