How to Read/Clear Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC's)

Saab does not provide a procedure to access ETS System Diagnostic Trouble Codes without the use of the Saab ISAT scan tool.

1 Attach ISAT to the diagnosis socket (black), located underneath the right-hand front seat. On M 1992 and later model year cars, the socket is covered by a flap of the carpet.

2 Follow ISAT prompts to Read and/or Clear Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC's).
