Diagnostic procedure

1 Connect the Breakout Box. Start the engine and run it at idling speed. Check that the voltage across pin 28 of the LH control module (pin 20 for LH 2.2) and ground is about 6.5 V.

2 If it is not, switch off the engine. Unplug the Breakout Box and the DI/APC control module connector. Check the lead between pin 28 of the control module (pin 20 for LH 2.2) and pin 26 of the DI/APC control module connector for continuity or shorting.

3 Continue with further fault diagnosis, if necessary, as described for DI/APC.
