EGR Control Solenoid: Service and Repair

EGR Controller:

To remove
- Unplug connector and disconnect hoses.
- Unscrew valve and remove.

EGR Controller:

To install
- Refit in reverse order. Attaches hoses and connectors as follows:

^ Hose #1 to EGR valve
^ Hose #2 to intake manifold via vacuum tank
^ Hose #3 to air passage between mass air flow sensor and throttle valve assembly.
^ Connector #4 to electrical connector.
