Valve Guide: Service and Repair

Before removing valve guide, flush cylinder head with hot water. Remove guide using jackscrew and pull rod tool No. 8393811 with spacer No. 8393829 and nut No. 8393845, or equivalents. Install guide from top after flushing cylinder head with hot water and cooling guide with cold water. Install guide using jackscrew and pull rod tool No. 8393811 with stop No. 8393837, centering sleeve No. 8390379 and nut No. 8393845, or equivalents. Center tool in valve seat and draw guide into position using tool.
