Convertible Top Pump: Service and Repair

To remove
1. Remove the hydraulic system from the car. Service and Repair
2. Label the hose connections, to indicate which is towards the front and which is towards the rear, and remove the pump.

To fit
1. Reconnect the hoses to their respective fittings on the new pump. Tightening torque: 5.1 - 6.2 Nm (3.8 - 4.5 ft lb).
2. Reinstall the hydraulic system in the car. Service and Repair
