Application: 1990 900 and 9000 Models



For your reference and information, listed below are the paint codes for the 1990 Saab 900 and 9000 models with crossreferences for several domestic aftermarket suppliers of paint.

Paint codes for 900 models can be found on the central beam inside the rear trunk. The paint code for 9000 models can be found inside the spare wheel well in the trunk.
NOTES:

1. The suffix lefter in the Saab code indicates the primary supplier to the assembly plant. This is subject to change during the model year.

2. For refinishing work, always use color and thinning materials of the same brand for best results.

3. Anthracite grey is the color for bumper covers and 900 SPG shields. Use preparation and paint materials suitable for flexible plastic applications when refinishing such parts.
