APPLICATION: 900 CONVERTIBLE


A revised spacer pin tool, P/N 82 92 799, is now available for positioning recent production 900 convertible tops when the top fabric or rear window is being replaced. The new pin tool is necessary because of an increase in the diameter of the convertible top guide pin and of the lock fitting socket. The new spacer pin tool should be used on cars from VIN J7004738.

This tool is not a required special tool and will not be automatically shipped to your dealership. The tool may be ordered from your Saab Parts Distribution Center.

NOTE

Spacer pin tool, P/N 82 92 492 should be used on 900 Convertible models up to VIN J7004737.
