Failure Coding and Labor Times

Procedure 1

1990 models: Use Failure Coding 10278-61-5-05-01. RAC = 3. Labor time allowance in Op. No. 10278 (0.8 hour) plus 0.6 hour straight time.

1986-1989 models: Use Failure Coding 10278-61-2-05-01. RAC = 3. Labor time allowance is Op. No. 10278 (0.8 hour) plus 0.6 hour straight time.

Procedure 2

19861989 models: Use Failure Coding 10278-61-6-05-01. RAC = 3. Labor time allowance is Op. No. 10278 (0.8 hour) plus 0.3 hour straight time.

Procedure 3

1990 models: Use Failure Coding 10276-61-7-05-01. RAC = 3. Labor time allowance is Op. No. 10278 (0.8 hour) plus 0.2 hour straight time.

Procedure 4

1990 models: Use Failure Coding 10278-01-3-05-05. RAC = 3. Labor time allowance is Op. No. 10278 (0.8 hour).

Note:
Op. No. 10278 includes 0.2 hour of administrative time.

Other

Additional straight time will be allowed on cars equipped with telephones (up to a maximum of 0.4 hours) or with central arm rests (up to a maximum of 0.4 hour).
