Belly Pan - Removal

REMOVAL







CENTER BELLY PAN







1. Raise and support the vehicle, Raise and support the vehicle, (Refer to - Vehicle Quick Reference/ Hoisting - Standard Procedure).
2. Remove the center belly pan (1) to rear belly pan fasteners (3).Remove the center belly pan (1) to rear belly pan fasteners (3).
3. Remove the center belly pan (1) to frame fasteners (2).Remove the center belly pan (1) to frame fasteners (2).
4. Remove the center belly pan (1) from the vehicle.

FRONT EXTENSION BELLY PAN







1. Raise and support the vehicle. Raise and support the vehicle. (Refer to - Vehicle Quick Reference/ Hoisting - Standard Procedure).
2. Remove the two fasteners (2) from the sides of the front belly pan (1).Remove the two fasteners (2) from the sides of the front belly pan (1).
3. Repeat on the opposite side.







4. Remove the nine fasteners (3) from the front of the belly pan (1) to the fascia.Remove the nine fasteners (3) from the front of the belly pan (1) to the fascia.
5. Remove the four fasteners (2) from the belly pan (1) to the frame.

REAR EXTENSION BELLY PAN







1. Raise and support the vehicle. Raise and support the vehicle. (Refer to - Vehicle Quick Reference/ Hoisting - Standard Procedure).
2. Remove the rear fascia (1).
3. Remove the three side fasteners (3) per side.Remove the three side fasteners (3) per side.
4. Remove the nine rear fasteners (2).Remove the nine rear fasteners (2).
5. Remove the rear extension belly pan (4) from the rear fascia (1).
