Belly Pan - Installation
INSTALLATION
CENTER BELLY PAN
1. Install the center belly pan (1) to the vehicle.Install the center belly pan (1) to the vehicle.
2. Install the center belly pan (1) to frame fasteners (2) and tighten to 25 N.m (18 ft. lbs.). Install the center belly pan (1) to frame fasteners (2) and tighten to 25 N.m (18 ft. lbs.).
3. Install the four center belly pan (1) to rear belly pan fasteners (3) and tighten to 4 N.m (35 in. lbs.). Install the four center belly pan (1) to rear belly pan fasteners (3) and tighten to 4 N.m (35 in. lbs.).
4. Lower the vehicle.
FRONT EXTENSION BELLY PAN
1. Position the front belly pan (1) to the front fascia.Position the front belly pan (1) to the front fascia.
2. Install the four belly pan (1) to the frame fasteners (2) and tighten to 25 N.m (18 ft. lbs.) Install the four belly pan (1) to the frame fasteners (2) and tighten to 25 N.m (18 ft. lbs.)
3. Install the nine belly pan (1) to the fascia fasteners (3) and tighten to 4 N.m (35 in. lbs.).
4. Install the two fasteners (2) into the sides of the front belly pan (1) and tighten to 4 N.m (35 in. lbs.).Install the two fasteners (2) into the sides of the front belly pan (1) and tighten to 4 N.m (35 in. lbs.).
5. Repeat on the opposite side.Repeat on the opposite side.
6. Lower the vehicle.
REAR EXTENSION BELLY PAN
1. Align the rear extension belly pan (4) to the rear fascia (1).Align the rear extension belly pan (4) to the rear fascia (1).
2. Install the nine rear fasteners (2) and tighten to 4 N.m (35 in. lbs.). Install the nine rear fasteners (2) and tighten to 4 N.m (35 in. lbs.).
3. Install the three side fasteners (3) per side and tighten to 4 N.m (35 in. lbs.). Install the three side fasteners (3) per side and tighten to 4 N.m (35 in. lbs.).
4. Install the rear fascia, Install the rear fascia.
5. Lower the vehicle.
