Oil Pan: Service and Repair

1. Raise and support vehicle.
2. Drain engine oil, then remove flywheel under cover.
3. Remove oil pan retaining bolts and the oil pan.
4. Clean cylinder block oil pan mounting surface and oil pan to block mating surface of old gasket material.
5. Install oil pan, then install flywheel under cover.
6. Refill engine with oil, then lower vehicle to ground.
