Front Door Trim Panel

DOOR TRIM PANEL

REMOVAL

1. Open door.
2. Remove inside door handle bezel using a trim stick to lift front edge of bezel slightly away from the trim panel and sliding the bezel rearward.
3. Remove fastener inside pull cup holding door trim panel to door.
4. Remove screws at front edge of trim panel.
5. Using a door trim panel tool, pry the door trim clips away from the door.
6. Disconnect power window and power door lock switch from the door wiring harness.
7. Disconnect power mirror switch connector.
8. Remove trim panel from door.

INSTALLATION

1. Position trim panel to door.
2. Connect power mirror switch connector.
3. Connect switches to the door wiring harness.
4. Holding the bottom of the trim panel out from the door, engage the upper flange of the trim panel to the door inner belt weatherstrip.
5. Align and push in clips to hold trim panel to inner door panel.
6. Install screws at front edge of trim panel.
7. Install screw inside pull cup.
8. Install handle bezel.
9. Verify proper operation.
