Front Door: Service and Repair

DOOR

REMOVAL

1. Open hood and support.
2. Remove hood side panel.
3. Disconnect door wire harness at cowl.
4. Mark hinge bolt locations to door.
5. Remove bolts attaching door to door hinge.
6. Remove door from vehicle.

INSTALLATION

1. Position door to vehicle.
2. Install bolts attaching door to door hinges. Tighten to 28 N.m (250 in.lbs.) torque.
3. Connect door wire connector.
4. Install hood side panel.
5. Verify proper operation and adjust as necessary.
