Right Door Key Cylinder Switch Failure

SYMPTOM
RIGHT DOOR KEY CYLINDER SWITCH FAILURE

WHEN MONITORED
Anytime battery voltage is above 10.0 volts and the BCM is awake.

SET CONDITION
The BCM senses a voltage that is lower than 4.9 volts on the passenger door key cylinder switch sense circuit for longer than 10 seconds.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Check for an active code
- Check for binding linkage
- Passenger door cylinder lock switch
- Passenger door key cylinder switch sense circuit shorted to ground
- Body control module
