SYMPTOM
MODE DOOR MOTOR FEEDBACK TOO LOW/HIGH
WHEN MONITORED
With the ignition ON and battery voltage above 10.0 volts.
SET CONDITION
The feedback signal difference between the two ends of the door travel is not equal or larger than a predetermined value during door calibration, or the feedback signal measured by the BCM is not within the calibrated range during normal operation.
POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Check system operation
- Check the mode doors for a binding condition
- Body control module
- Fused ignition switch output circuit open
- Mode door feedback signal circuit shorted to ground
- Mode door feedback signal circuit open
- Mode door actuator shorted to ground
- Mode door feedback signal circuit shorted to voltage
- Mode door actuator ground circuit open
- Mode door actuator shorted to voltage
- Mode door actuator-binding condition
