AWD DISASSEMBLY AND REASSEMBLY




A. TRANSFER DRIVEN GEAR REMOVAL

Remove the transfer driven gear.

NOTE: If it is hard to remove, use the special tool to remove it.




B. TAPER ROLLER BEARING REMOVAL

Using the special tool, remove the taper roller bearing from the transfer driven gear.




C. TAPER ROLLER BEARING REMOVAL

Using the special tool, remove the taper roller bearing from the center differential flange.
