Code No. 21, 22 Kickdown Servo Switch System


Description

If the kickdown servo switch is OFF in 1st and 3rd speeds, code No. 21 is output to indicate that the kickdown servo switch is open-circuited. If the kickdown servo switch is ON in 2nd and 4th speeds, code No. 22 is output to indicate that the kickdown servo switch is short-circuited.


Probable Cause of Trouble

- Defective kickdown servo switch
- Defective connector
- Defective transaxle control module
