NOTES:
1. Reverse the removal procedures to reinstall
2. N indicates non-reusable parts
SERVICE POINTS OF REMOVAL
5. Removal Of Corner Inner Garnish
Using the trim stick, evenly pry at the clip positions shown in the illustration and remove the corner inner garnish.
NOTE: Use needle-nose pliers or a similar tool to pull out any clips remaining at the door panel side. For installation, use new clips.
6. Removal Of Sash
Remove the sash installation bolts, and then remove the sash.
8. Removal Of Window Glass Holder
1. Remove the window glass holder from the door window regulator.
2. Remove the door glass by lifting it upward.
10. Removal Of Door Window Regulator
1. Remove the mounting bolts.
2. Pull out door window regulator through the across hole.
SERVICE POINTS OF INSTALLATION
10. Application Of Grease To Door Window Regulator
1. Apply the specified grease to the regulator rotating and sliding parts.
Specified grease: MOPAR Multipurpose Grease Part Number 2932524 or equivalent
2. if the door glass has been removed from the glass holder, reinstall in the position shown in the illustration.
Standard value: 249 - 251 mm (9.8 - 9.9 in.)
3. Raise the door glass fully, and then adjust the following items 50 that the door glass fits evenly into the door glass channel all the way around:
a. Loosen the roller guide mounting screws, and then the slant of the glass in the front-to-back direction.
b. Lower the door glass until the holder reaches the access hole, loosen the door glass holder mounting screws, and then adjust the front-to-hack position of the glass.
c. Loosen the sash mounting screws, and then adjust the front-to-back position.
5. Installation Of Corner Inner Garnish
After pressing new clips into the boss for installation of the corner inner garnish, install the corner inner garnish to the door.
2. Application Of Sealant To Waterproof Film
Apply the specified sealant at the position shown in the illustration, and then attach the waterproof film.
Specified adhesive: MOPAR Rope Caulk Sealer 3/16 x 80" roll Part Number 4026044 or equivalent
