Completion Reporting and Reimbursement
Claims for vehicles which have been serviced must be submitted on the DIALSystem. Claims submitted will be used by Chrysler to record recall service completions and provide dealer payments.
Use the following labor operation number and time allowance:

Number Allowance
Replace primary air bleed jet, 14469182 0.7 Hour
install choke adjustment shim and inspect/replace secondary air filter.
Add the cost of a new secondary air filter (if used) plus applicable dealer allowance to your claim.
Parts Return
Removed secondary air filters must be returned to the Warranty Material Return Center.

Vehicle Not Available
If a car is not available for this service for a known reason, let us know by filling out the pre-addressed Vehicle Disposition Form portion of the Owner Recall Notification Form or describe the reason on a postcard and mail to:
