C4 - Check Wire Between Control Module and Door Latch Switch

- Key OFF.

- Locate and disconnect the passive restraint control module connector C2.

- Disconnect the door latch switch connector on the inoperative side of the vehicle.

- Measure the resistance of the "BL/Y" wire (driver's side inoperative) or "BL/O" wire (passenger's side inoperative) between the passive restraint control module connector C2 and the door latch switch connector.

- Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?

YES -- Go to C5. C5 - Check Door Latch Switch Ground

NO -- Service the wire in question.
