AZ82.20-P-0001-02V Connect Wiring Harness

Component Identification:

1 Route wiring harness for illuminated door sill molding (13) in interior to rear panel.

Attach wiring harness for illuminated door sill molding (13) using adhesive tape to rear panel.







2 Route branch-off line from wiring harness for illuminated door sill molding (13) with turquoise-colored fuse carrier (12) through the left passage into the trunk and route and fasten to vehicle's wiring harness to rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2).

Do not crush or jam the branch-off line of the wiring harness for the illuminated door sill molding (13) with turquoise-colored fuse carrier (12).







3 Connect the branch-off line from the wiring harness for the illuminated door sill molding (13) with turquoise-colored fuse carrier (12) on the rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2) in the trunk with turquoise-colored slot 17 (arrow).

Fuse carrier (12) is color coded.







4 Remove left door contact switch.
5 Remove vehicle's line connector from the door contact switch and route the vehicle's line out of the passage to the interior.
6 Connect left door contact plug (9) of wiring harness for illuminated door sill molding (13) with connector of vehicle's wiring harness.
7 Route branch-off line for left door contact connector through the passage to the outside and connect with the door contact switch.

The installation on the other side is the same.







8 Connect left converter (3) to left 8-pin connector (5) of the wiring harness for the illuminated door sill molding (13) and fasten in place using self-adhesive felt.

The installation on the other side is the same.







9 Secure the connection line with connector (14) for the illuminated door sill molding (1) in the recess with adhesive tape as shown in the picture (arrow).
10 Join the connector (14) with the left 2-pin connector for the illuminated door sill molding (7).

The installation on the other side is the same. The illuminated door sill moldings (1) must be connected before voltage is supplied to the vehicle.
