- Rear wing door with window






1 Measure center (c) of the upper door liner (1).
2 Measure the dimensions (a, b) and mark location.
3 Cut marked area from upper door liner (1).

A 105 mm
B 30 mm






4 Put housing (2) on rear-end door and mark location of holes (d1).
The cutout of the housing (2) has to match the center of the cutout (arrow) in the rearend door.

5 Drill holes (d1) to accommodate the blind rivet nuts M4 at the rear-end door (6.1 mm diameter).
Grease drill bit in order to bind metal shavings.

6 Paint edges of the holes (d1) in the color of the vehicle.






7 Rivet blind rivet nuts M4 into the holes (d1).
8 Fasten lamp unit to housing (2) using two bolts.
9 Clip on edge guard (3) onto the lower edge of the housing (2).
10 Insert spacer sleeves (4) into the housing (2).






11 Fasten housing (2) to door frame assembly using four bolts M4(5) and washers.
