Test Values For Distance And Comparison Measurements On Rear Axle:




Special Tools:





The measuring set is designed in such a way, that the measuring bolts, according to the measuring points at the vehicle, can be screwed together out of mounting bolts, extensions and measuring bolts.

The configuration of the measuring bolts is shown in the table, where the numbers in the column headed "Measuring bolt configuration" are the special tool end numbers.

Component Identification:





1 Reference dimension "H2" as measured between the reference socket "K" and the center of the head on the Torx bolt on the rear subframe mount, left to right. If necessary, unscrew and screw in torx bolt and check for bending.

Component Identification:





2 Reference dimension "H5" as measured between the reference socket "K" and the center of the Torx bolt on the rear subframe's rear mount, left to right. If necessary, unscrew and screw in torx bolt and check for bending.

3 Distance measurement "H6", measured from centering point of the torx bolt heads between the front bearings of the rear axle carrier.

4 Distance "H7" measured to the centers of the torx bolt heads between the rear mountings of the rear axle carrier.

5 Reference dimension "H9" measured diagonally to the center of the heads on the Torx bolts between the front and rear mounts on the rear subframe.
