Possible cause

- Functional CAN fault
Remedy

- Read fault memory of control unit A1 (Instrument cluster) and rectify faults.
- Check function impairments using actual values or actuations and restore functionality.
- If present, check codings and correct if necessary.
Note

- A functional CAN fault code is set because of an implausible CAN input signal.
