AZ54.65-P-0001-06QQ Route Wiring Harness And Connect

Component Identification:

1. Route branch-off line of ultrasonic backup assist wiring harness (1) with 6-pin black connector along existing wiring to rear bumper PTS connector (X35/28) and connect to bumper connector.







2. Route branch-off line from ultrasonic backup assist wiring harness (1) with 6-pin blue connector to rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2) and connect up in plug location marked in blue (arrow).

Fasten branch-off line to existing wiring with tie straps.







3. Fit fuse 13 (N10/2f13) with a 5A fuse.

Check whether relay 1, circuit 15R (N10/2kF) is inserted in relay position F, if not, connect relay.







4. Route branch-off line from wiring harness (1) to rear PTS warning indicator behind the paneling in the soft-top compartment as shown in illustration on the right-hand side and secure in place using self-adhesive felt.

Route lines outside the range of travel of the soft-top mechanism.







5. Guide wiring harness (1) in the area around the seat backrest through the supporting bracket from below.
6. Connect rear PTS warning indicator (A44/3).







7. Insert rear PTS warning indicator (A44/3) with the connector to the right in the supporting bracket and clip in place.
8. Fit and smooth down seat backrest cover.
