Repair Materials:

1. Cut out spot welds with spot weld cutter (areas N, Q, Q1, R and R1).







2. Grind connection surfaces down to bare metal in shaded areas. Sand spot weld flanges to bare metal on both sides.
3. Coat insides of spot weld flanges with zinc dust paint.
