Repair Materials:

1. Cut out spot welds (areas A and B).
2. Expose spot welds and cut out with spot weld cutter (areas C and D).
3. Remove cross member reinforcement below rear seat.







4. Then grind connection surfaces to bare metal in shaded areas.
5. Remove grinding and drilling chips using wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
6. Coat shaded areas with zinc dust paint.
