Power Outlet Nonfunctional / Missing Relay
If you receive customer reports in the above model vehicles of a nonfunctional power outlet (cigarette lighter), the Rear Signal Acquisition and Actuation Module (SAM) may be missing a relay and/or fuse.
1. Check for missing relay in slot "F" and/or missing fuse (15 A) in slot "12" on Rear SAM (N10/2) (Figure 1).
2. If required, install new relay in slot "F" and new fuse (15 A) in slot "12" on Rear SAM (N10/2)
