Fuel Door Release Actuator: Service and Repair

AR80.20-P-2300T Remove/Install CL Element Fuel Filler Flap







1 Remove right trunk lining (1)
2 Slacken bolts (2) and take out fuel filler flap CL [ZV] motor (M 14/10)

NOTE: Installation:
- Feel guide duct and insert locking pin into the guide duct.
- Push fuel filler flap CL [ZV] motor (M14/10) in the elongated holes of the body completely to the front and tighten bolts (2).

3 Separate electrical connector (3)
4 Unscrew bolts (4) and remove bracket (5) from fuel filler flap CL [ZV] motor (M14/10)
- Only when replacing fuel filler flap CL [ZV] motor (M14/10).

NOTE: Installation: Mount fuel filler flap CL [ZV] motor (M14/10) in the elongated holes of the bracket (5) onto the stop.

5 Install in the reverse order
