Component Identification:

Location
The control panel rear switch group is located between the front seats in the center console.

Design
The rear switch group contains the following control and display elements
^ Thumb wheel for left air volume (1)
^ Left temperature rocker switch (2)
^ Display (3)
^ Thumb wheel for right air volume (4)
^ Right temperature rocker switch (5)

Function
The left and right thumb wheels for air volume enable the desired air volume to be set for each side of the rear compartment. The left and right temperature rocker switches enable the desired specified temperature to be set for each side of the rear compartment.
The set value appears on the display.

The rear switch group used to exchange data is connected via the Local Interconnect Network (LIN) to the comfort AAC control and operating unit (N22/7).
