Front SAM Control Module With Fuse and Relay Module, Task

Tasks
Actuation of:
- Wiper system
- Windshield washer system
- Headlamp cleaning system
- Exterior lights
- Refrigerant compressor
- Fanfare horns

Reading in the following switches:
- Lamp switch module (S1)
- Brake fluid indicator switch (S11)
- Parking brake indicator switch (S12)
- Backup lamp switch (S16/2)
- Gear identification switch (S16/10)
- Clutch pedal switch (S40/3)
- Coolant level indicator switch (S41) voltage-coded
- Windshield washer fluid level indicator switch (S42)
- ATA hood switch (S62)

Scanning the following sensors:
- Refrigerant pressure and temperature sensor (B12/2)
- Outside temperature indicator temperature sensor (B14)
- Gear indicator sensor (A62)

Scanning the following signals:
- Term. 61 (the pre-exciter current is generated in the SAM by a series resistor)
- Terminal 15
- Terminal 15R
- Circuit 31b (Wiper motor cam controller)

Switching consumers via semiconductor switches:
- Lamps of exterior lighting system
- Lamps of the interior lighting system
- Windshield wiper water pump (M5/1)
- HCS pump (M5/2)
- Coolant circulation pump (M13)
- SEQ hydraulic pump (M46)
- control unit box blower motor (M2/2)
- Washer nozzle heater (R2/1)
- Washer nozzle hose heater (R2/11)

Switching the following relays:
- Fanfare horns relay (N10/1kI)
- Relay circuit 87, chassis (N10/kk)
- Wiper speed 1 and 2 relay (N10/1kL)
- Terminal 15R relay (N10/1kM)
- ASG [automated manual transmission] pump control relay (N10/kN)
- Air pump relay (N10/kO)
- Terminal 15 relay (N10/1kP)
- Wiper ON/OFF relay (N10/1kQ)
- Circuit 87 relay, engine (N10/kR)
- Starter relay (N10/kS)

The front SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/1) is connected with the interior CAN for the purpose of data exchange.
