Removing and Installing CL Actuator In Tank Flap





1 Flap
2 Covering
3 Mounting bracket
4 Tank flap actuator
5 Pneumatic line



1. Open flap (1) in covering (2) on right side of trunk.
2. Press mounting bracket (3) (arrow).
3. Pull tank flap actuator (4) off of holder.
4. Remove tank flap actuator (4).
5. Pry pneumatic line (5) off with open end wrench (7 mm). Be careful not to break insert profile.
6. Check pneumatic function of actuator (4). Testing and Inspection
7. Reinstall in opposite order.
