Remove/Install Cover on Front Seat Cushion

Front seat cushion removed. Service and Repair






Seat cushion (1)
lay down on suitable surface with cover pointing down.

Seat cover (4)
pull out of insert channel all the way around while compressing cushion frame to relieve tension on cover.

Velcro fastener
unfasten on left and right sides and remove front foam rubber pad from cushion frame (glued).

Cushion frame (6)
remove from rubberized fiber matting (5).

Holding clamps (7) 15 each
unhook from upholstery wire with hook tool, part no. 201 589 11 33 00.

Seat cushion (4)
remove from rubberized fiber matting (5).

Reinstall
in opposite order.
