Global positioning system antenna

Purpose
Reception and amplification of the global positioning system (GPS) satellite signals.

Design
The GPS antenna consists of a microwave antenna (reception frequency in giga-Hz range) and an antenna amplifier. Power is supplied via the coaxial antenna cable.
