Fuel Door Release Actuator: Service and Repair

Removing And Installing Tank Flap Actuator







1 Remove pneumatic system equipment control module

NOTE: Do not remove PSE control module from foam rubber cube, do not disconnect pneumatic and electrical lines

2 Press retaining lug (arrow) and remove tank flap actuator (1) from holder
3 Remove tank flap actuator (1)
4 Pry off pneumatic line (2) with open end wrench (7 mm)
5 Reinstall in opposite order

NOTE: Installation of the tank flap actuator (1) is only possible in one position
