Installing Windshield

1 Attach both suction cups to window
2 Center window in window cutout with aid of second mechanic and move so that strips of tape coincide.
3 Position window on glue bead and press down until it makes contact with the rubber windshield spacers.


NOTE: Open side window in car to prevent the windshield from being pressed outwards by the air pressure when a door is closed.


NOTE: Install windshield within 5 minutes before adhesive force of glue begins to decrease.


NOTE: The curing time is approx. 1 hour measured from the time the window is installed.
