Trunk / Liftgate Solenoid: Service and Repair

Location Illustrated, N54 Control Module Up To 08/95:

Covering on right side of trunk
Remove, install.
Electrical connection (c)
Disconnect, reconnect.
Pneumatic lines (a, b)
Disconnect, reconnect.
Screws (arrows)
Unscrew, screw in.
Trunk lid remote control valve (Y65/3)
Remove, install.
Trunk lid remote control valve (Y65/3)
Check function.
Reinstall
In opposite order
Check function
Of trunk lid remote control.
