Remove/Install Fuse and Relay Box Up to 11/30/94

Fuse And Relay Box Sedans Up To 30.11.94:
Removal, installation
1 Disconnect ground cable at the battery
2 Remove cover of fuse box (1)
NOTE: Examine gasket for signs of damage
3 Remove screws (2)
4 Remove cover of relay box (3)
NOTE: Check gasket for damage
5 Unscrew screw (4)
6 Remove fuse boxes (F1/1, F2 and F3) and disconnect
7 Disconnect leads on fuse boxes or fuse blocks
CAUTION: Disconnect leads only when changing entire fuse and relay box. To avoid mix-ups bind disconnected leads for individual fuse boxes or blocks together and mark.
Connect leads to fuse boxes or fuse blocks
Fuse block assignment and lead connections
8 Disconnect all relays
NOTE: Relay holder assignment
9 Remove exterior lamps failure monitoring unit
NOTE: Press catch strap
10 Remove relay holder
11 Unclip connectors on bottom of relay holder or carrier
12 Remove connectors for exterior lamp failure monitoring module
Install connectors for exterior lamp failure monitoring module
13 Unscrew nuts (7)
14 Remove fuse and relay box (F1)
NOTE: Check gasket for damage
15 Reinstall in opposite order
