Intake Manifold: Testing and Inspection

Inspect the intake manifold and air plenum for:

^ Physical damage
^ Leaks at gaskets and fittings
^ Loose or missing fasteners

Repair or replace any faults.

Inspect the mixture control unit and air guide housing for:

^ Loose or missing fasteners
^ Leaks
^ Restriction

Repair or replace any faulty components.

NOTE: Always use an approved leak detection product for this purpose.
