Sealing Air Gallery In Cylinder Head

1. Remove camshaft.
2. Inspect bore (A) in front of cylinder head (1) and in rear (3).
- Inspect for specified diameter 12.00 - 12.04 mm.
3. Knock new cap (4) into bore (A).

NOTE: If a cylinder head with secondary air injection gallery, Connection bore (B), is used for an engine without secondary air inject on, the connection bore (B) (diameter 15.10 - 15.12) should be sealed with a cap (5).
