Blower Speed Incorrect

SYMPTOM DESCRIPTION:

Blower motor speed fluctuates or runs at half speed. Whistling sound in the area of the blower motor.

CAUSE/REMEDY:

^ BLOWER REGULATOR DEFECTIVE. Replace the regulator.
