Rear Door Panel: Service and Repair

Removal





1 Remove enclosure on door lock.

2 Remove window crank.





3 Push off cover,





4 Unscrew screw inside of holding grip.





5 Slide housing of inside door actuation forward and release inside out of inside door panel and linkage on door handle.

6 Pull door lining out of holders in upward direction and remove.

Installation

8 Introduce door lining from above into sealing strip and locking button, while simultaneously entering with hook into inside door panel.

9 For further installation proceed vice versa.

Note: If sealing sheet on inside door panel is damaged, renew prior to installing door lining.

The screw at top of handle is micro-encapsulated and should either be replaced or screwed-in with a screw locking compound.
