FRONT SEAT DISASSEMBLY/ASSEMBLY

Driver's Seat

WARNING: Handling the front seat (side air bag) improperly can accidentally deploy the side air bag, which may seriously injure you. Read AIR BAG SYSTEM SERVICE WARNINGS before handling the front seat.

1. Remove the driver-side side air bag module.
2. Disassemble in the order indicated in the table.
3. Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.






Side cover removal note






1. Remove the screws.
2. Lift the side cover up in the direction of the arrow, then unhook it from the recliner knuckle.

Passenger's Seat

1. Remove the passenger-side side air bag module.
2. Disassemble in the order indicated in the table.
3. Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.
