Central Control Module: Testing and Inspection

CPU INSPECTION

1. Follow the appropriate procedure, referring to the terminal voltage list.
- If not as specified, inspect the parts listed under "Inspection area" and the related wiring harnesses.
- If the parts and wiring harnesses are okay but the system still does not work properly, replace the CPU.

Connector A
- Remove the CPU from the joint box, then measure the continuity and voltage at the CPU terminals from the joint box side.

Connector B, C, and D (Terminals 1B, 1M, 1N, 2D, 2T, and 3A)
- Disconnect the CPU connector. Inspect for continuity between the terminal of the CPU connector and GND.

Connector D (Terminals 3F, 3H, 3J, and 3K)
- Disconnect the CPU connector. Inspect for continuity between the terminal of the CPU connector and the terminal 3L of the CPU connector.

Connector B, C, and D (Terminals except 1B, 1M, 1N, 2D, 2T, 3A, 3F, 3H, 3J, and 3K)
- Install the CPU onto the joint box and measure the voltage at the CPU terminals.
- When measuring the voltage at terminal 3B of connector D, use a voltmeter with sufficiently high input impedance (1 mega ohm or more).
