Power Door Lock Switch: Testing and Inspection

DOOR LOCK SWITCH INSPECTION

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the driver's side front door trim. (See FRONT DOOR TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)







3. Check for continuity between the door lock switch terminals by using an ohmmeter.
- If not as specified, replace the door lock switch.
