Idle Air Control (IAC) Valve Inspection

IDLE AIR CONTROL (IAC) VALVE INSPECTION




1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Disconnect the IAC valve connector.
3. Measure the resistance between the IAC valve terminal using an ohmmeter.
- If not as specified, replace the IAC valve.

Resistance: 8.7 - 10.5 Ohms [24 °C {75 °F}]
