Variable Induction Control Solenoid: Service and Repair

VARIABLE TUMBLE CONTROL SYSTEM (VTCS) SOLENOID VALVE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION




1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Disconnect the VTCS solenoid valve connector.
3. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the VTCS solenoid valve.




4. Remove in the order indicated below.
1. Nut
2. VTCS solenoid valve

5. Install in the reverse order of removal.
